Mod name is "Check similar thread before posting" something like that. After you enter the thread title, it'll show up similar thread using AJAX.

I have seen vb websites where they have

http://................com/forum/index.php?page=3 - which contains something else like music forums
i was wondering how do u do that

looking for 2 Mods:
A Mod, which converts youtube links into a video (like the HTML Codes for embedding), but it should work with HTML in forums (posts) turned off.
And a Mod which converts Links into names, e.g.
I think I've seen them, but I don't remember their names ..
And sry for some bad English, I'm German
