There's any way to put custom icons for every forum I want?

Lets think,
One image to Sports, other to Humor?

Second : I have many ideas about hacks I looked for with hopeless
But I will specify the most in my mind step by step
1==> Could we use a vBulletin script like Myspace site with some hacks ?
Really if we could I would be very happy to make it for my beloved friends
and most of my trusted people through the web .
2==> Could we specify a member list for groups not for all members
That will be like when you hit the link to see forumleaders
3==>How could we make username to be replaced on the address bar
like what we could see here in this nice site instead of user Id

...here was the same http...and the name of the site then I wrote the last trail of the link in all vbulletin like : " members.php?u=22875 "

Umm i need to find a hack that allows a person to select a Subscription when registering. I'm building a game's community forum and the game has a free member setup and paid member setup, being paid member have more in the game, and i need the mod so they can pay right away if they want.

Use the paid subscriptions inside vbulletin
 
need 2 hacks plz.

1st: the avatar appears when mouse pass over it, meanwhile u have ur mouse on it it's visible if u move ur mouse out, the avatar is turned "dark" (i think u understand)

2nd: the posts rules appears when user click "reply"

i really don't know how those hacks are called...

Heyy Thanks Man Awesome mod, i liked it.. wanted to know how to i enable the "Bold" , "Italic", "Underline" options in quick reply box and also how can i change their icons? :$

Im looking for a donation mod that shows the donaters name under donation bar when ever they donate. for forum 3.7.x or 3.7.4
