What is the name of this mod, when you are creating a new thread, right to the threat name is a button saying check for simmular thread?

Thx hoxxy....but what i've been looking for is the floating one, just like that floating notify mods, but it notify the member if they haven't post anything in a certain time, like the sample in image attached.
 
2 Hacks needed
1st hack:
I need this hack which allows images upload and providing vbulletin links/image links and html codes of it.
