should replaced with:

$replace['%page_id%'] = $apars['page_id'];

and this bug have resolved in rc2.
so we guess this script NOT THE FINAL VERSION !!

to resolve:
open include/functions_vbseo_createurl.php

Find:
$replace['%discussion_name%'] = $gdinfo['seotitle'];

and add this below:
$replace['%discussion_title%'] = $gdinfo['seotitle'];

Find:

define('VBSEO_ADMIN_PASSWORD',          'ah');

Change 'ah' to the password you want. Save and upload, BAM done!

Ok when i enable vBSEO and i go to a post i get this

Not Found

The requested URL /forums/new-users-welcome/204-testing-new-post.html was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Then if i disable it and go to the post i get the page loading peoper but with the URl of

This release isn't the latest and will error on Social Groups, the other release for vbseo is http://www.vbteam.info/compatible-scripts/20575-vbseo-v3-3-0-gold-null-draxofavalon.html and works.
