The server owners change some hardware and are trying to sort the problem out.

In the meantime can you request a Manual signup on the website thanks

That's all I've got to say is WOW!
I was a bit hesitant at first (I hate having to contact people to sign up, wait for them, blah blah), but my account was added instantly, and I can understand why signing up is necessary

This is definitely worth the hassle of signing up, and the speed is decent enough. I downloaded everything (all 7+ gig) in just a matter of hours, and am putting them in the system now.

I was looking for a reason to re-organize the arcade, and do it effectively. That's just been shown to me. Thank you! If it was possible to give more than one thanks, I'd do it, this thread definitely deserves it!
