how to set e-mail

i think it mite be host coz when i tryed to send a e-mail from the site it come up

Im not sure if the SMTP is on or off i dunno about all that so if anyone knows how to do it could you please tell me.

im using freehostia.com host but paid for it , so duz anyone know ?????

So as i suggested already:
Contact your hoster about your mail function, not much that can be done from here. 334 is actually not an error but a request for more info from the smtp ^^

okay i already contacted them
