I'm programming a webpage with PHP, using CSS.when I try it in Chrome,FF,Safari and Opera it works fine but when I try it in IE(all versions) it looks weird,specially when I zoom in & out ( using ctrl+ or ctrl- ), the positioning of the elements changes.I mean that the elements does not keep their positioning.Is there something wrong in CSS file? what should I do?
