Don't get me wrong, I would hate to see this site go down. I am just wondering why Jelsoft hasn't been able to do anything about it. They probably know about this site, and considering most of the files are hosted here its major copyright infringement. I am not speaking about just this site, am also talking about the countless other warez forums out there. I get that this website is probably hosted offshore in the Netherlands, but how are they able to ignore a DMCA complaint since it's laws are global. I mean, wouldn't it be traced to the major datacenter that is hosting the 'host' and therefore they will be under investigation. Do I have my facts wrong, or am I just confused, or whats going on here?
