I use WS FTP as well under Vista 64 Version 9.01 with out any issues and its has never failed me on the various servers I tend to.
If ya need a copy and not against site rules I can post or drop me a pm.

When you connect with it, it has to pass its own servers and therefore locks you out if you do not have a license.

Not cracked but you shouldnt need a crack for this unless you want to get rid of the pop up when you launch the app.
As for Filezilla, I used to love Filezilla but when they switched to v3.0 it went to crap. I constantly had bugs and errors during file transfer. Plus I like then ice sleek gui for Smart FTP. Granted GUI isnt everything but if you can have the best of both worlds, why not?
