actually, to me, it wouldn't stand out at all. it gives the impression of a preppy rich girl, which i see a lot around here. but hey, if that's what you're aiming for, go for it. its cute i guess, its not ugly. but i'd never wear it, it feels too normal. like the typical outfit an american girl would wear. also, it kinda screams "boring". its cute, but not very fun or interesting. i see people wear stuff like that all the time. i'd definitely spice it up a bit. maybe what you do with your hair will add some personality, or some accessory or something. /
