What is the difference between VPS & Dedicated Server

First difference is the price. Dedicated obviously more expensive.
With a dedicated it is only you that is on the server. With a VPS it is a dedicated server split up into multiple virtual servers Each VPS has it's own disk space and memory.

Oh, but i could only use a certain % of the CPU on the VPS but i can use as much as i want on the Dedicated server?
