what is the difference b/w SQLServer2000 and Oracle8i

thanks in advanceone of the most drastic differences is the price. Oracle is very expensive to license and purchase hardware for. Sqlserver is fairly inexpensive (though, its still gonna cost ya).
So first off, if you have to purchase forget oracle. Only a big company is going to sport that bill. However if you already have both, let me know and I'll shed some more light.well i need to more difference which make someone sure that oracle is better than sql in many ways tell me more difference pls rather then cost me waiting
