Sand box is the place where the low content of your website is thrown in to it for a limited period. If you post any article or directory in low quality site, then your page will gradually decrease. Google Sandbox is a complete myth... It is believed by the webmaster that, Google deliberately de-index the new websites. This de-indexing is called sandboxing.
None of the Google representatives ever confirmed its existence, even back in 2005 when sandbox issue was hyped.
