I've spend some time decorating and improving the forum.. If something happen to my forum my heart would break into million pieces.. :'( If somehow the real VB devs go into my keygened forum? Will I have to pay? go to jail or something? I don't want these stuff to happen but I really want to use VBulletin.. I'm using VB 3.8.2 :/

make sure to keep backing up your work so that when vb comes to your site (if they find out) you have a copy of your website and can restore it to another server.
they'll just send you a "polite" email asking you to buy a license thats all.

Guys I don't want to build a building on uneven surface you know. That could be destroyed anytime. I think I'll go with another forum. I want to make my community big. So I'll probably use another forum for my growing community. What is the best one?

Mybb? etc?

Use MyBB, its easy to mod.

Who? Jelsoft or host?

Jelsoft- send u a mail asking you to buy a licence..
If you dont buy, then they complain to ur host.

Host - Delete your forum if found using..try to use keygen version as it adds a little security..

was talking about Jelsoft. yeah come to think of it, who would've know or even care if I use null version or not! I'm gonna stick with vBulletin until I got fuckin busted!

but you mentioned the sue sue shit. I'm a little worried about that man. if Jelsoft finds me, would they cost me money or politely ask me to buy license or else? If they warn me first, I'll know it's a good time to change forum. But would they warn me first?

(1) You get an email asking to buy license or delete everything.
(2) If you buy your good to go, if not and u dont delete everything the complain to your host.
(3) If you have an Offshore host, just ignore the letter. If you don't have an offshore host and you cant buy a license, time to switch to another forum software (i recommend MyBB)
