Here is official statement for my DC:

Dear customers,

As you noticed your VPS facing with huge down time in last 48h, so we wanna to keep you updated because of that issue.

We have problem with main HDD on server, and every time we reboot server HDD got crashed. Your files are safe, but repair time taking a lot of time because we need to run fsck to fix it.
We also working on this problem with our team of 10+ technicians, this is high priority, but all sounds that we need to replace this HDD or switch your account to another server for VPS.
Downtime is nightmare for us, we know it's nightmare for you too, but please understand that Hardware issues are out of our power, we doing our best to prevent any downtime, and we honestly hope that we will find solution for this and back server in normal within next 24h.

This is what I am going to do for my customers on my Server 3:

After 4 days being down earlier this week I'm looking at about 36 hours of downtime again in the same week. I'm only asking here because I'm unable to access the main hosting page.

i tried, i installed vbulletin in a blank database and then used big dump to dump my DB into the one vbulletin was using, but 3 minutes in i always get an error...

Our VPS is loading, we are optimizing all files.
DC we will be back up by night.
