Well if you want to add more vbulletin.org look try using these modification
chief first post
and modification system similar to vbulletin.org but this one is bit tricky.. and you may not need it..

They removed the rating system mod but I will try to check my back ups to see I have it..

go to
edit templates and edit STANDARD_REDIRECT template and find this line

you want to make it like vBorg, then above and beyond too, like, vBorg only have red, blue, green, purple, white.
We need to add a dark blue, black, grey, yellow, orange, dark green. and then maybe some textured backgrounds too, like army texture etc.
I think it would work. But alas! Who has time for so many skins?!
