My forum says all my navbar templates are out of date.. Does anyone know the new updates in 3.8.1 to the navbar template?

At the top of admincp you will see a link to edit the templates that need updating, if you hit "view history" (I thinks thats it) it will show you what has changed and what needs to added or changed.

Download the German Phrases, then upgrade, then upload german again.

Odd, at the end of the Upgrade it keeps asking to delete init.php..

Back up init.php then delete, if it messes up, re upload the file
