vBulletin 3.8.1 incl. KeyGen

I keep ending up with this error at the install.php, after following all the instructions, chmoding all the files, running the keygen with success:

"You can't continue until keygen.php has not replaced value"

Am I missing something here?
 
Slightly OT:
What's the sense of this "keygen"?
vBulletin board works perfectly with customer infos cleaned from the sources.
 
When I enter customer number on upgrade screen... It comes up again and again and asks for customer number again and again. not going through :(

How do you 'check' to see if someone is using a licensed version of VBulletin?
 
ANYONE PLEASE HELP ME: I am sure 100% that I am putting the right customer number and license number, i am trying to upgrade so when I enter the customer number, the same screen comes up again and keeps on asking the customer number.

Please hELP ME...!!! Thanks
 
i installed this and it all worked fine but when i try to close delete open or stick a thread by clicking the check box and clicking the one i want i get this error
Your submission could not be processed because a security token was missing.
