VBulletin Plug-ins Integration Steps
Want to get up and running as quickly as possible? Follow these simple steps:
1.
Send the following information to [email protected]:

Must state that you are a “VBulletin siteâ€Â
*
Site or Company Name
*
Technical Contact Information
*
Business Contact Information
*
Desired Usage Plan: Free or Paid (see pricing page for more info)

Website URL: (ex. www.yoursite.com)
2.
Once we have received this info we will configure your account and email you the account and server info needed to finish the integration (please allow two business days for initial account setup).
3.
The next step is to load the Userplane VBulletin plugin files.

Make sure you have your server running the following versions of software:

Apache 2.2.3
*
PHP 5.1.6 - 5.2 (you must have the mcrypt library installed, so it can handle the rijndael-128 encryption algorithm)

MySQL 5.0.22
*
VBulletin 3.6.8
VBulletin Plug-ins Setup
1.
To install the VBulletin plug-ins you need to copy files to the vBulletin folder.
2.
Then use the “Plugins & Products→Manage Products→Add/Import Product†menu link in the administrator section.
3.
Use the “Import the XML file from your server†option. Choose the xml files (one by one): product-userplane_webchat.xml, product-userplane_webmessenger.xml, product-userplane_webrecorder.xml and press the Import button.
4.
To grant access permissions to different groups go to “Usergroups→Usergroup Manager→GO†button. You will need to add/change necessary user permissions in the “Userplane Chat Permissions†section.
5.
To configure each app, you will need to go to the admincp section as an administrator. On the left sidebar you will see the different Userplane applications. Choose the “configure†link and make sure you put in flashcom server, domainID, and the proper adzone ID numbers for each application.
6.
Once properly configured there will be links to live chat and buddy list on the top horizontal navigation bar.
7.
On your profile page, you should also see the Minichat application embedded, as well as a link to create videos with Webrecorder.
