This is a hack to "anonymize" all outgoing links from your forum to prevent the referrer information from being sent.

What's different about this one?

probably not, it will not load your server, this mod only redirects link to other site, which means your users will be seeing a message that they are being redirected to other site by leaving your site, so in that case this will not load on your server.
