Does this skin not work on legit vbulletin installs?

I'm a moderator ona gaming server forum and we are trying to use this skin, and every time we install it, we get the xml to apply, everything goes black, but we get no images at all. and the admin IS uploading the images through the styles&themes section like the readme says. I'll post this on the howto section if it seems like that is more appropriate.

is there anyways to make the skin like the middle were the boards are located a little bit wider? like a fluid version of it?

Any way I could expand the width without it breaking apart?

EDIT: btw how the hell do I change the font color for the category strip title from grey to white? I can't find the color code anywhere on the styles options. annoying as hell.

The entire background of the forum is like 12 images, I doubt you'll be able to move it without doing some serious image editing.

Goto your Stylemanager and choose StyleVars from the option menu, then edit the first option to your needs.
