i've posted to the install forum about getting php with oci8 up and running on apache on a freeBSD box, so forgive me if you see this twice -
has anyone been successful on getting php w/ oci support to work with apache on bsd? copying over oracle libs from a linux box onto a linux binary compatible bsd box allowed for the compile w/ links to those libraries to take place. but loading libphp4 when starting apache causes a core dump. if copying over the oracle libs doens't seem to work, would a direct install of oracle on a bsd box prove more helpful? does anyone here use this setup and have advice on getting it to work?
