This hack has a configuration block that you tell it which styles you want to use it.

You need to modify the xml file, change the version to 3.7.3, it defaults to 3.7.00xxx just change it to your version and you should be good to go

Usergroups<Usergroup Manager<Edit Usergroup (banned users)Username HTML Markup---> Add a striped line code in there
