I know the title sounds like a tongue twister, but I am not sure if there is anything like this?
Have a usergroup that can choose users to be in it. I guess this could be looked at as more of a clan feature? Where one usergroup may go to a area with a list of all the registered users and get to choose what usergroup they will be in and they can also take them out. I am not sure really how to explain it? Is there something close to this?
