having issues posting any zip files 4 meg or higher. I see the setting at 256 meg but I keep getting error File failed any suggestion besides using a mirror?

If you turn off friendly warnings you should get a network error. I don't think the host can receive that much data via the attachment client.

This often happens to me at work when I am on a T1 connection.

I think it's the issue with upgrade, because some settings (with XCache and new php). I will fix those once I get back home.
