With companies like www.boxedart.com you can get access to hundreds of all types of templates (html, flash, logos, banners, powerpoint) for only $49 for 6 month access or $79 for a year. NOTE: I AM NOT AFFILIATED WITH THEM.
So now I make up the difference building the site for them when a customer has their own template. I have a service charge when using some elses design. Since they practicly got it for
