Unlock images

Im using the Wrath of the Lich King style released by MobileHacks and it seems that there is an image that is locked in the background and it needs to scroll with the rest of the website.
It is located in the top banner as the background but I have no idea where to find it in the Templates.

Can anyone help me?

Nvm, found it in the CSS.
If anyone has this problem, go into the CSS and find the image, then remove the fixed tag after it.
