What takes into account Google when calculate PR? PR of the site or PR of the page, which has a link to my sites?

The only factors that influence PR is links (both incoming & outbound links)
But don't focus on PR. The PR we see is irrelevant anyway. What influences the SERPs is the private PR but no one has access to it. (expect Google of course). Your PR toolbar is updates every few months only. Actually there are lots of factors that Google used when calculating a PR, relevancy, design, site speed, etc. All i know they don't stick to a single requirements in how to get a good PR, they used to change from time to time. unique content usually helps too. I hate spamers and time wasters ...
