What Does This Do?

This adds a drop down menu to the left panel of your Admin CP with links to the vB.org Homepage, Forums, Modifications, Articles, Modifications, Styles, and Graphics. Clicking a link will load your selected section in the right panel like it normally does for Admin controls.
This ultimately allows you to browse, reply, download, etc vB.org without ever leaving your forum.

- Download the supplied XML
- Upload to {root}/includes/xml/
- Reload your Admin CP and you should see it on your left panel.
