look at :

this plugin set type for thread suhas REQ , QUE , INFO and ...
what is tihs plugin name?
and is there any plugin like this?

Is not a mod, it's the Prefixes option. If you are using vb 3.7.X - 3.8.X you can find and configure it at AdminCP > Forums and Moderators > Prefixes.

ithink its "Thread Prefixes" but its not.
