Restore from a Back Up?

i wish to do a full restore from a back up I made a few weeks ago. But I'm unsure how to about it.

Could someone please give me instructions to do this please?

I'm running vb 3.8.0

you took a full backup or partial backup?

1.) if u took full backup then ask yur host, he will do it in a min!

2.) if u took partial backup then it is easily done through php my admin! Import database there!

If you took from the admin cp then again do as it is in the second point!
