[ReQ] Root Admin

I recently switched from ipb which had a root admin and i noticed vb don't is there anyway to make one usergroup the root admin so it can not be changed because currently admins have the same premissions as the owner group.

Go into your config and set the USERID of the people who cannot be altered. You find the userid by going to their member page and looking at the top where it says u=X
