[REQ] Remove Quick Reply Button

Ok ive seen on this forum and others that you dont need to click a quick reply button HOW CAN I DO THAT ON MY FORUM

its sooo frustrating having to click the little button on my forums and it would be really cool if i could just have it liekt his forum and not have to click the button

admincp > vbulletin options > Help Message Posting and Editing Options > Quick Reply > second choice = yes click not required.
