do you want to make a vbulletin home page? or are you talking about making a complete new website? if you havent noticed this is a vbulletin help forum. lol

I did notice though I thought some people are good at programming websites and stuff, I need a whole new website as I've already got vBulletin setup on one. If you want to help me I can give you all the details etc, because I'm not good at html and I really need this site up soon.
