[REQ] bottom of page

I was wondering if there is a hack or mod that can be done to put a link that will automatically bring you to the bottom of the forum page. There is a link at the bottom to bring you to the top of the page, but wondering if one could be put so when you are at the top it will bring you to the bottom. Thanks.
