Sorry but I just downloaded the style from the link you gave...

Its a simple style (basiclly default stylewith different colors/images so I think if you just revert all the templates that need reverting you probably won't have any problems

I don't think it matters. If you want it in 3.7.0, when uploading the XML document, click on the 'Use even if it was created in another version', or similiar to that. I tried this with many skins and it was a success. I do hope it works. =]

You won't be able to access the User CP and such, because with 3.7, the phrase names have changed.
