i Dont know how the red part in quote is there..

when i want to back up my forum from my admincp...the database goes 63.1mb and then stop..(my database its 140mb)

my server suporter say to me that the forum takes very much cp usage..
he said to me that i must close the shoutbox..but the problem its again..
in y cpanel i saw the red light
