Hello guys~ I am new to here. I just captured an expired domain yesterday successfully (rather unexpected). But not sure what to do next. So come here to ask (from google).
1. Can I sell the expired domain immediately and transfer to others? Since Icann policy seems to have 2 month restriction about transfer; but I am not sure if it applies to a backorder of expired domain
2. The expired domain has some PR value(4+); and I plan to build backlinks to maintain it. However, if I build links from site which has very low PR value, will it degrade the PR of my domain? Does quality of backlinks matter a lot?
