First i want to say thanks for reading this.
and i keep getting this error when ever i try to install vbulletin.
and it says this:

Database Error  	Database error
The database has encountered a problem.
Please try the following:

    * Load the page again by clicking the Refresh button in your web browser.
    * Open the club1168.byethost13.com home page, then try to open another page.
    * Click the Back button to try another link.

The club1168.byethost13.com forum technical staff have been notified of the error, though you may contact them if the problem persists.

You Did Not Edit Your Config.php Right

Did You Enter Your Db Name.

Your Host Username & Password?

Did You Add Them All TO Your config.php File?

you need to find out what the error code is and what kind of problem you have as this is just a user side

make sure you have put a working email in your config file and you will be sent the corect error message you can then post that back here for more help

Ive had this issue before.
Make sure that you have the password correct, with the sql***.byethost**.com as your host and also if everything is correct make sure you are going to the forum directory and then add /install/install.php

Its not index.php like I thought because I was running phpbb3 in the past. If you have more issues, tell me.
