Hi,
I know it's a bit off topic, but I'm stuck with Mickeysoft Word to print out various technical datasheets.
I do have all datasheets online (and in local IDE as well), using PHP and MySQL to generate them, but for printing I'm forced to use Word. Is there any way to locally query the MySQL db from a Word doc, the same way I use PHP for the online version?
If not, I might be able to convince El Chefe to switch to another system for technical documentation (as long as it's 'inexpensive' ;-). The reqs: one template in PHP for online, one template for offline printing and PDFing use, coming from MySQL. Does anyone of you have an idea where to get such a system?
Thanks, Joerg
