My Site Hacked Redirected! Someone put Meta Codes

Bro...First Change the Password of FTP then Try Checking .htaccess file...I think he is used this File for redirecting the Site...Check
 
i already chk all thinks as i posted

i done more than 15 modifications and i uninstalled many Mods..

mainly website is redirection when i posting new thread when i clicked on the link i goes to another site offff.

and when i use my mobile browser website is directly redirecting...
 
Looking in your header/headinclude files and look for meta tags, http refreshes, and press control F in each template to see if you can search for the url it redirects too. Failing that open up index.php and look for that.
