Step 1 --

Upload the file dupip.php to your admin control panel directory (adminCP)

Upload cpnav_dupip.xml to includes/xml

Step 3 --

Add 2 new phrases

Phrase type: Control Panel Global
Varname: dup_ip
Text: Duplicate IPs

Phrase type: Control Panel Global
Varname: dup_ip_max
Text: Maximum username per page

Be aware AOL users and other ISPs will use duplicate addresses
for a number of users. Seeing a duplicate address is not an immediate
indication of multiple accounts.
