Im got same problem before. But please make sure this :

1:
admincp >> Styles & Templates >> Member Info Templates >>
memberinfo_block_mp3

Find two $userinfo[fieldi] and change the i to the Playlist Number field number..

Find one $userinfo[fieldt] and change the t to the Playlist MP3 Color field number..

Find one $userinfo[fielda] and change the a to the Playlist Autostart field number..

Make sure you guys replace that 2 [fieldi]. my mistake was, I only replace 1 [fieldi] and actually theres 2 [fieldi].

I hope this will works. >_<
