i see other people in other cvountries think silly about my country , Iran.
i just wanted to give you some information about IRAN.

I am from Iran, the country of beauty and lovely people.
No, I am not a terrorist nor a wife beater,
I don't live in a tent in a desert

I speak Farsi, not Arabic
 Iran is pronounced "EERAUN" and not "I - ran" (it's not track & field)

News flash: Iran and Iraq are two different countries , Middle east is a region and NOT a continent,
And camels are not our way of transportation.

Iranian women are just as outspoken (if not more) and liberal as the
European women,

Iran is a beautiful country ran by the wrong people
But still the best part of Middle East


i just wanted to know why do you people think IRAN is bad place??????????

We Have Towers in IRAN. like Milad Tower.
Women are the most part of the universities in IRAN.
for example : the university that i study in, has 14,000 students. 10,000(Ten thousands) of them are GIRLS :|
the only bad thing about iran is that every woman has to wear scarfs :|
but every thing is like other countries in Europe and United States.

IRAN and IRAQ are two seperated countries.
we had a 8 years war with IRAQ.
IRAN is almost 3 times bigger than IRAQ
iraqies are ARAB and IRANIANs are Persian.
IRAN means = The Land of Persians.

Tachra, please consult your history book. Look up the events of November 4, 1979 - January 20, 1981 and you tell me why some people think that Iran is less than an ideal place.

Don't worry about it, tachra. Nobody with any real knowledge of your country would speak ill of Iran or, by and large, speak ill of the Iranian people. Nobody here would confuse you with Mahmoud, for example, or the mullahs. Sadly, a little ignorance-fuelled prejudice goes a long way. In the same vein, just remember that when it comes to the British, My Little Napoleon is a work of fiction!
