Hi all
Hopefully one of you guys will be able to help... I know this might not be the right place to post this thread but these forums are filled with very clever people who may well be able to sort me out.
I host a particular .com domain with my reseller account for a friend. They also own the matching .co.uk address which was, until recently, hosted by another company. I have transfered the .co.uk over to my domain hosts (the confirmation of the IPSTAG change came through yesterday) and I have parked it on the .com domain.
You following so far?
Anyway - I need to sort out their e-mails so they can still pick up from their old .co.uk account until they phase over to the .com account. The pop accounts for the .com account work fine. For the .co.uk account I have tried setting up pop accounts, setting up individual address forwarders and setting up domain forwarders and in each situation I get the same result:
I can receive mail through the .co.uk account (be it forwarding or pop) as long as I send it through the .com account. If I send an e-mail to the .co.uk account from a completely unrelated address it does not come through!
I have no idea what's going on or how to fix it - is it something to do with the fact that the IPSTAG has only just changed hands? Do I need to wait for some kind of propogation?
Thanks for reading
