[Inferno vB Shoutbox] How can I remove this?

I'm having problems finding the option to remove this shouter (or the shout field).

I just want it to be an updater which updates the new threads or replies in the forum instead of using it for chatting (prefer irc in that case).

not able to remove it..is part of the process in how it updates..now you can stop everyone from using it by setting the permissions but then why have it?

i suggest you find another mod, a recent thread mod or something
