i get it but i can't make as in the picture attached

i want to add topics to this portal i got but i can't add the topics like in the picture

and the site name doesn't appear

I don't that is a MOD, you may need to hire someone to get it like that if you don't know anything about vBA CMPS, its not a trivial learning curve.

To add new threads to the portal look in vBaCMPS's Options in the AdminCP.

If you are still looking for UploadCP, here it is : (I've downloaded from a Portugese bulletin board)

** I did not install or use it. "Read Me" file is in Portugese, and i did not understand it.

** I did upload both version (!) of UploadCP. (or am not even sure if other is one is modified version or something else)
