How to Set the resolution in the forum?? like dragging it to the corner and fits to the browser?

If you are using a fixed style and want to make it dynamic, you need to find in the Header template where it is hard coded and change it to "100%" instead, or whatever percentage you think will work. You might have to tweak your MainCSS as well to work.
