how to set meta tag??

hey all,
i want to know that.. how to set meta tag, meta keywords , meta description? is there any software that asking us for put meta tag, meta keywords or meta description???

It is very easy. just open any website and press ctrl+u to get source code of website. you can check meta tags in head section and try it on your website with your own keywords and description.
