how to Move attachment Items from Database into File System

when i attempted to Move Items from Database into File System i got the following error :

i created 'attachments' folder inside forum folder (ie forum/attachments) and chmod it to 0777 but got the error.... i even created 'attachments' folder outsite forum folder (ie /attachments) but got the same error...

What would be the problem....
Please help......

Enter the full path to your attachements
Example: /home/public_html/forum/files
